Very tasty and easy version of pasties. Signature dish my mother in law:) and the only dish without meat that my husband eats with pleasure! When cooked these pasties I remember a cartoon about a sailor Dad, which is so often reinforced spinach)))

Cooking
In a bowl combine water, flour and a pinch of salt.
Knead elastic dough that would not stick in your hands
For the filling cut into cubes onions, spinach well washed and also cut. Fry the onion in vegetable oil for about 3 minutes until transparent.
Add the spinach and a spoonful of tomato paste. Stir.
