Couscous with vegetables
Self-contained salad, or a delicious side dish that will be suitable for fish and meat!

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    2 slice

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Couscous

    150 g

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 sprig

It's vegetables for our meals. Green beans and peas, I used frozen.

Couscous pour into a container, and we'll bring it to readiness. Green beans /I have 2 types green and yellow/ and green peas boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Received light vegetable broth to pour over the couscous, cover and leave to swell for 15 - 20 minutes.

Cucumbers, tomatoes and green chop. For dressing combine oil, vinegar I have from white grapes/ and salt to taste. If desired, there also add lemon juice and zest with sugar. Mix everything carefully.

Today I used the couscous with the vegetables as a side dish to spicy chicken wings with onion jam.
