Apples cut into thin slices (peeled to clean not required), pour the wine and put on fire. Stew until the apples soften, about 30 minutes. I took a dry red homemade wine from grapes "Isabella". Think red wine, you can replace fragrant white, "Muscat", for example.
Mix in a bowl the flour, semolina, sugar and baking powder. The amount of sugar can be varied depending on the acid of apples, but too much to add it is not necessary, otherwise the cake is sugary-sweet.
In the dry mixture add the prepared apples, which can not be cool and add directly from the plate, and all mix well.
Take out the form with the dough from the fridge and put it in the stuffing.
On the top of the cake add the berries. The number of berries you can increase/decrease. But berries should not be too small, because they give the juice of the cake, whereby the cake gets a nice tenderness and moisture.
