Yeast scones for tea
Very gentle and easy biscuits made with yeast dough, perfect for tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Butter

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Prepare food.

Pour into a deep bowl 400 – 500 g of flour, half a Cup of sugar (can be more – will be sweeter), 1 tsp salt, a bag of dry yeast, milk and eggs. All mix and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Add the melted butter and the flour until then, until it becomes thick and styled wad of dough.

Roll out the dough relatively flat rectangle.

Sprinkle the rolled out layer of cinnamon and sugar.

Carefully turn the roll.

Cut into cubes, not thin, average.

Take each slice and slightly compressible on one side to the other side is slightly raised. This side up put them on a baking sheet.

Bake at a high temperature (over 200 degrees) for 20-25 minutes until tender. Bon appetit!
