Cooking
To prepare the pudding I use the Jam-the Most "Blueberry".
Grease a baking dish. Spread on the bottom of the form the third part of the jam.
Cut off the loaf the crust so it turned out rectangular.
Cut loaf lengthwise into 4 slices and smear each piece on one side with a thin layer of butter, on the other hand - jam.
Cut each slice of bread into triangles and put into a form jam up. Beat the eggs, cream and milk. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, mix well. Gently and slowly pour the mixture over the bread. Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes to milk mixture is absorbed. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the pudding for about 40 minutes until the top is Golden brown and thick cream. Let cool for 5 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
