Soft caramel
The name wild, it's true :) Blinded him from Mahe and caramel. As a result, at bedtime, I turned the soft caramel of lemon jam TM "Maheev" with pine nuts and candied melon

Ingredients

  • Jam

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Pine nuts

    100 g

Melt the butter

Add sugar, candied fruit and jam. Cooking caramel mass on medium heat for about 25 min.

Remove the mixture from the heat, let cool slightly and add the pine nuts. Can add more nuts

Or one big one. And put into a cold place for several hours, I was cleaning for the night. The form with the cooled caramel to drop for 30 seconds in hot water and remove from the mold.
