Cooking
Fill a pot with water, bring to a boil, add a pinch of salt and 100 g of butter, stir until butter is melted, add 1 Cup of flour and to actively stir approximately 5 minutes, remove from heat, stir it for 1 minute and leave the batter to cool.

Here are our profiteroles. leave them to cool. Prepare the glaze. Mix the sour cream, cocoa and sugar and put on fire, stir until the sugar has dissolved. remove from the heat and add 1.5 tsp oil. Stir and set aside to cool.
