Two desserts with Camembert
Fast, delicious and original desserts.

Ingredients

  • Soft cheese

    1 pack

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Brandy

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    7 piece

  • Cheese curd

    50 g

Cheese, cold, cut into small pieces

In a frying pan melt the butter, add the chopped pear and cook for 3 minutes. Add the brandy and keep on heat for another 1 minute.

Remove from heat, spread on sliced cheese. Two tablespoons to defer for future use. Add the sliced Camembert on top.

Return the pan to the heat, add the honey and balsamic vinegar, bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes, until thick. Cool for 5 minutes. Pour on top of cheese, add the delayed bag, decorate the top with crushed nuts.

Now the second dessert. Slice cold Camembert. On top put a layer of cream cheese.

On Skovoroda melt the butter, add sugar and cherries. If cherries are not juicy, add 1 tablespoon of water. Keep on heat until the sugar is dissolved. Then another few minutes to cook until thick syrup. Cool.

On cottage cheese to lay another layer of Camembert. You can make several layers.

And on top of the Camembert place the cherry syrup.
