In the New year after a hearty dinner, you want something lightweight, cool, I suggest you to prepare ice-cream cake with different fillings, with layers of meringue and decorated with a dance of the snowmen.

Cooking
Whisk 7 protein with 300 grams of sugar in a solid foam, and add, gently stirring, 120 g of powdered sugar.
Vystelim on a baking sheet baking paper, cut out the stencil snowman and draw on the tracing paper snowmen.
Using a cooking syringe to put pictures of snowmen, put 5 tablespoons of the protein separately, add the few drops of green dye 3 and press out Christmas trees.
Take a split circular shape and outline the bottom on the baking paper – 2 circle. Spread the circles, stepping on the edge of 1 cm, because when baking the cake will slightly increase.
Bake in the oven with convection mode at a temperature of 120*C for 1.5 hours (after hours of baking I put into the oven door a wooden spatula, and further dried for another 30 minutes). Take out from oven and let cool.
Prepare ice cream. Whisk 500 g of cream in a thick foam, add to the milk.
Vystelim split mold with cling film and put the first Korzh.
Lay off half the cream and mix them with steamed, chopped prunes, and spread on the cake.
On it lay the second cake.
In the remaining cream add chopped walnuts and pour all on the second cake. Even out the surface and remove overnight in the freezer.
In the morning, get the ice cream, remove it from the mold and spread on a dish.
Boca put in a dance of snowmen, sprinkle the surface with coconut and decorate with ribbon.
Top put decorated Christmas trees, decorate the cake with strawberries. The cake is ready. Unfortunately, the cake cut I can't show you because it was prepared as a gift.
