Trifle
2 feeding method. Trifle is a traditional British dessert. It is an indispensable condition to demonstrate convincingly variegated layers of cream, sponge cake, fruit and whipped cream. Cook it very simple! But in our country it has received such mass distribution as cupcakes. Today I want to show you 2 options to serve this dessert.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Corn starch

    4 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Juice

    150 ml

  • Persimmon

    2 piece

  • Kiwi

    5 piece

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Strawberry

    300 g

  • Biscuit

    1 pack

I don't have a biscuit and I made them for my recipe: 3 eggs 3 tbsp sour cream, 3 tbsp flour, 2/3 Cup sugar to whisk, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.

Cut all the fruits: bananas - half rings, kiwi cut into cookie cutter flat slices, persimmons - diced. Take out of the freezer frozen strawberries and cut into 4 parts.

Cook the cream: 400 ml milk bring to a boil, add the hot milk 100 ml the remaining cold milk mixed with starch, 2 eggs, 4 tbsp sugar, and all intensely stirring, cook on a medium heat until thick

Divide the cream into two parts: to one add 1 sachet of vanillin, add in another 100 grams of chocolate and stir, rubbing.

The first version of the trifle will be with hot cream. Begin to lay out layers: biscuit soak juice, frozen strawberries, hot vanilla cream, bananas, chocolate cream. Strawberries from the hot cream starts to melt and permeate the cake with their juice.

Whisk the cream with the icing sugar and cover the top of the dessert. On top decorate with chocolate, candied, fruit, pumpkin seeds. Serve.

The second option would trifle with a cold cream. Begin to lay out layers: biscuit soak juice, persimmon, vanilla cream, on the wall neatly spread in a circle kiwi, circle is put inside a sponge cake soaked in juice, bananas, chocolate cream and on top all decorate with whipped cream
