Classic Swedish dish "JANSSONS FRESTELSE" which, unfortunately, very rare in buffet restaurants.

Ingredients

Potatoes clean, and cut as for French fries sticks. Onions also peel and cut into half rings.

Refractory form of grease with butter. Spread first layer of potatoes, then a layer of onions (onions can be pre-fry, I'm not fried), a layer of anchovies. And so 2 times.

From top to pour in the whipped cream. I took 300 ml of cream and added another 100 ml. of milk to not dry it, sprinkled with dill, and go in the oven for 50-60 minutes at 180 C. In a recipe no cheese, I in 10 minutes before the end I rubbed some more cheese on top. Kids PTS. I love the cheese.

A salad of Feldsalat"valerianic". Fried with white bread toast in the sauce to the salad, put the garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and I had yesterday with a little smoked bacon, also added to the salad.
