Salad with chickpeas
Delicious, light salad with green vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Green onions

    1 sprig

  • Chickpeas

    4 Tbsp

  • Quail egg

    2 piece

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

The chickpeas soak in water and then boil according to the instructions on the package.

Mix together all the ingredients for the filling.

At the bottom of the glasses put lettuce torn with the hands, then add a spoonful of the chickpeas.

Next add the cucumber roughly chopped, bell peppers diced, green onion.

To one portion add the quail egg, slices. Terminate all lettuce and chickpeas. From top to pour in the dressing and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
