Delicious and bright salad. On the table looks very spring.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage, red,

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Beets, preferably roasted in the oven or boil. Baked in my opinion tastes better.

Cut the roasted beetroot cubes, cabbage strips, red onion half-rings

Shred cabbage

Put cabbage, onion and beets in a bowl, add corn, pre-drain her fluid.

Fill with sunflower oil, season with salt and mix well.
