Salad with two types of cabbage
Delicious, juicy and very useful lettuce. Will certainly help you to diversify food in the Post.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sea Kale

    100 g

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Vegetables wash, peel. Cut carrots, onions and cabbage in thin strips. For the carrots can take a special grater.

Grind the onions with salt, add sugar, vinegar and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

Ready to take the boiled seaweed, mixed with pickled onions and vegetables.

The salad is dressed with sunflower oil "Oleyna", stir.
