Salad
Fresh, spicy, moderately spicy salad from a green radish with vegetables. Affordable and practical, but very tasty. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Radish

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

Shred cabbage, peppers cut into strips

Onion cut into semi rings and marinated in water, vinegar and sugar. Leave for 15 minutes.

Add salt, oil, onion pressed from the marinade. Radish peel and grate on a grater for Korean carrot. Salad mix gently.
