Chicken on pita bread
Crisp pita bread, lots of sauce and tender flavorful chicken. A great snack will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Tomato salt

    80 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Feta

    50 g

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Pita

    1 piece

For the sauce with the tomatoes to remove the skin, grate. Tomatoes finely chopped. In a pan heat the oil, add the tomatoes, a little put out, then add tomatoes. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Add cream, bring to a boil, remove from heat.

Chicken fillet to beat off to a thickness of 1.5-2 cm. Deploy sheet seasoning MAGGI on the second tender chicken breast. Spread on one half of the fillet.

Fillet to cover the second half of the sheet. Press down lightly. Fry on a dry pan for 5 minutes on each side.

Pita bread cut into two parts. Dry on a dry pan.

Ready fillet cut into strips, Cheese slice or just mash with a fork.

On pita to put the sauce on top of slices of chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
