Simple and outrageously delicious salad. As you know, it's all about the dressing. Tahini (tahina or tahini) is a paste of ground sesame seeds, used in Arab and Mediterranean cuisine. For the recipe thank you belonike with LJ, she's so much tastier!

Cooking
Chickpeas, if you haven't canned, pre-soaked in water at night. Clean, if not laziness. Cook until cooked. To be honest, the first time I cleaned it, and secondly lazy. Flavor, fortunately, is not affected.
While cooking the chickpeas, prepare the tahini. If you have ready paste, fine, if not, then read on.
The site already has great recipes tahini, but I still dare to offer you another option - as a dressing for salads. In a blender grind the sesame seeds with olive (vegetable) oil to a paste.
Pour lemon juice, whisk, add crushed garlic 1-2 cloves (try, I had 1 tooth.), salt, pepper. The mixture should be thick!
Gradually add the ice(!) water to desired consistency. I did like a thick cream. Spread in a glass jar and store in the fridge. All.
Back to the salad. Cut tomatoes...
Add the prepared chickpeas, dressed with tahini, olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
