Cooking
My mushrooms and rice. Cut large mushrooms.
Put the saucepan on the fire and add the butter
When the butter melt, add the mushrooms and over high heat, stirring, simmer about 5 minutes until soft
Add water and rice, bring to a boil and stir. Put on very slow flame, cover and cook for 15 min. the Main thing - not to open the lid, the rice was crumbly.
When ready add salt, pepper and pour cream. Turn off the heat and leave closed dish to soak in the cream for 1 min.
