Description
The recipe is delicious, flavorful meat with a spicy sweet flavor. This recipe was posted on the website in 2008 by user YURISTIK and illustrated by me in the framework of "Coloring". This recipe is dedicate to the creators of the campaign "Coloring book", all participants, and especially to cook Asya-NN, due to which I started to participate in this promotion!

Cooking
Onion cut into thin rings
Schnitzels salt and pepper and cut into thin strips.
Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil and saute the onions until Golden brown.
Meat add to the onions and fry over moderate heat for 10 min.
Red and green peppers cut into thin half-rings
Add to meat and onions, season with ground black pepper, cover and simmer for 5 min.
Bananas cut into slices
Bananas add to meat, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
The finished dish sprinkle with herbs and serve.
