Cooking
Pumpkin cut into medium-sized and boil in boiling water until soft. Recline on a sieve to drain liquid. Clean.
Crumble the pulp with a fork or chop in a blender. Add salt, sugar, coriander and cumin, olive oil. Cool.
Served on slices of toasted bread. It's delicious and healthy!) Help yourself to health!
