Pate of Turkey tartlets
Tartlets with liver pate - a win-win meats. Argeta Turkey pâté is particularly tenderness! It is prepared very easily and quickly. Worthy appetizer on the holiday table!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Tartlet

    15 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

Turkey breast cover with water and bring to boil.

Water change, add salt, add the carrots, onions and cook for 1 hour. Allow to cool in the broth. Onions chop and fry in butter until tender.

Turkey meat and fried onions to put in the bowl of a blender, add a little broth, nutmeg and soy sauce (Kikkoman TM), punch, puree.
