Coffee cookies
Crispy biscuits are the perfect complement to coffee, tea, milk. The coffee is especially like! The cookies are prepared with granulated coffee.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Coffee natural

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Soft margarine, icing sugar and Turkish coffee (any other ground, but not in the pellets) to mix.

Gradually add the sifted flour and knead non-sticky dough. Wrap the dough in foil and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Take the dough out of the fridge, gently roll out thinly.

Spread on a baking tray on baking paper without oil. Bake 9-11 minutes in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or vanilla.
