Stale somehow I have pineapple, I wonder why, well , I think, let me treat their home pie pineapple!

Clean and chop the pineapple
Eggs lightly whisk with sugar, add oil, sour cream, baking powder, give everything a good stir and add flour. Very good batter as for pancakes. Part of dough put in greased pan, spread the pineapple and pour the remnants of the test. Bake at 170 C, for 50 minutes.
