Ingredients

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Starch

    30 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and 50 g of sugar. Separately mix the egg yolks, lemon juice and vegetable oil. Beat the whites with the remaining sugar until soft peaks form. Gradually stir the whites into the yolk mixture. Three reception pour the dry ingredients each time to mix thoroughly. Bake at 175*C for 30-40 minutes. Ready cake cool and cut into 2-3 parts.

Prepare the cream. Milk to boil with vanilla pod. Mix the eggs with sugar and starch. Gently pour the hot milk into the egg mixture, stirring constantly. Pour the cream back into the saucepan and put on medium heat. Bring to boil and boil for a few minutes, continuously stir the cream. Remove from heat and stir in butter. To cool the cream, cover with cling film.

For the glaze heat the cream and mix them with melted chocolate. Pour on top of cake. Decorate as desired.
