The arrows of garlic in Korean
This recipe of course, may is not the season now, but those who like me, freeze garlic arrows for the future, can appreciate!

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

Frozen garlic arrows defrosts. Freeze it was blanshirovat - boil so they don't need

Add vinegar and sugar, stir

Garlic RUB on a small grater, or grind through a press, add to the salad, to the same pour soy sauce, stir

Add hot pepper on the tip of a knife

Pour into the pan oil "Oleyna" and set to warm. Heated it up to the States when I go light smoke
