Mussels baked in cheese and garlic sauce
My husband went to a cafe there and ordered the grilled mussels. We liked it so much that my husband ran to the store for mussels. However the mussels in the shells in the sale were not available, so I had to improvise... Here's what happened...)))

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    300 g

  • Cheese

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Frozen (without shells) of mussels to thaw, rinse thoroughly with warm water to remove residual sand. Lay the mussels in cold water. Bring to a boil, add salt, pepper and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes the Water is drained.

Prepare cheese and garlic sauce: the garlic peel and pass through the press. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic, add cream, yolk, butter, flour.

All mix well.

Mussels put in a deep pan.

Cover with sauce.

Sprinkle with cheese (to grate). And put in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
