Description

Cimadera
Under this name I met this recipe. Generally cimadera is minced meat, but in this case it's more of a casserole, though not quite normal. Airy, like a soufflé, layered with cheese, vegetables, yogurt under the pillow! Insanely easy, but at the same time nourishes. It one hundred percent lives up to its name!

Cooking

step-0
The preparation is very simple and the process does not take much time. Baton grind in a blender. Onion peel, grind in a blender. My tomato, puree them in a blender. Parsley finely shinkuem. Combine mince, onion, tomato, baguette, parsley, vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, dried oregano and mint, baking powder, ground black pepper and salt. A good knead with your hands. And you can use the mixer, then the mixture will get even more air. If you prepare the mixture in advance to let it stand in the refrigerator for a while, it will turn out even tastier.
step-1
In a greased form lay out the resulting mass and level it.
step-2
On top lay the slices of cheese.
step-3
Tomatoes cut into circles with a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut the Peppers lengthwise into 8 pieces. Stacked on top of the cheese.
step-4
For filling whisk the eggs, add the yogurt, soy sauce, ground black pepper and a dash of salt.
step-5
Spread the filling over the entire surface of casserole. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour. Be guided by your oven!
step-6
After kimadia is ready, allow it to stand for 10-15 minutes.
