Tempura salmon with semolina
Delicious grilled salmon. Semolina (the dough) gives the salmon a special flavour. Dried and fried grits with fish taste similar to caviar of freshwater fish. Try to fry the fish in this batter. I think many will enjoy as I did.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Water

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Black pepper

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

Salmon cut into two parts. Then, every piece - across cubes.

Now make a batter (at least, to semolina not soaked). In a bowl pour the water. Break the egg, and you two. Pour salt mixture (herbs, roots, salt) and black pepper, 3 tablespoons semolina and mix well. You want to cook quickly so that Krupa did not have time to swell. Wedges salmon dip from two sides in the batter and fry in olive oil (can be any) in the already heated pan until Golden brown. It took me all of 25 minutes (cut to prepare the batter and fry).

Get 4 servings of three bar-shaped fish. On the side did (before) mashed potatoes and white sauce, cold.
