Christmas duck in a cherry and wine sauce
Duck turns to the flavors of the spices and vegetables. Cherry sauce based on a wine perfectly complements the flavor of the bird.

Ingredients

  • Duck

    1 piece

  • Star anise

    5 piece

  • Cinnamon

    2 piece

  • Carnation

  • Salt

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Cherry

  • Dry red wine

    300 ml

Roots and onion cut into large pieces. Put in a baking dish, pour 2 tbsp oil, and sprinkle with half the spice mixture, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir.
