Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Adjika

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Pork, salt, pepper, add spicy adjika, mayonnaise, stir and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Spread the meat on a baking sheet, cover with foil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Boil potatoes, mash, add the egg, grated on a fine grater cheese, salt. All mix well into a puree. 3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes mixed with carrots.

Remove the meat from the foil, put the potato mixture in the form of "cap-beret" and top "bubonic" of potato and carrot mass. Back in the oven for 15 minutes.
