Cooking

step-0
Cauliflower disassembled into small florets (weight of cabbage is given in parts :):):)) and boil until soft. I did it in a double boiler.
step-1
Cabbage chop and pour boiling water for a few minutes (weight in ingredients given already shredded cabbage). And drain on a colander.
step-2
Chicken breast (the number of Breasts depends on their size, if large Breasts-take 2 pieces, if not very then 3) cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with curry powder. Give a little stand. Fry in a pan until Golden brown (I seriously never fried).
step-3
Now take a refractory form and put layers: chicken, cabbage (season with a little salt it), cauliflower(a little salt it), corn and peas (peas I was not, so I took a double ration of corn), sprinkle with chopped herbs (you can do without greens)
step-4
Prepare SAUCE: in a pan melt the butter + flour, fry a little. After that pour the milk and add the mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well to avoid lumps. Bring to the boil, add the crushed garlic (its to taste, I added a couple Zubkov), salt, pepper. Try the taste, if something is missing, like you add. But do not forget that we already a little long for salty meat and cabbage.
step-5
Pour the sauce over the casserole. Top three cheese. I did not specify the amount of cheese because I love it when the cheese covers the surface of the pudding (or what we are doing).
step-6
Put in oven at 200*C and bake until done, about 30 minutes (the time it took me). This casserole is not prepared for a long time, because we have a semi-meat, vegetables too.
step-7
Casserole I ate as a separate dish. And my husband - together with the potato puree. Men! what can I say.
