Cooking
Zucchini wash, peel. Grind in a convenient way, together with sweet peppers. Grate on a grater (then pepper finely cut) or with a blender. I used the blender.
Add eggs, spices and flour and mix everything together. On a heated pan pour oil, spread part of the test and level that would have made the cake about 1-1,5 cm thick, fry on both sides until cooked. And so until the end of the dough.
For the first filling fry the onion with the carrots, let cool a bit. For the second cheese to grate on a coarse grater, add porezany diced sausage, mayonnaise and garlic, mix. Ready cake lubricates mayonnaise and on one half spread the filling, gently roll a roll, put seam side down.
So do the rest of the cakes.
