Prepare the dough.Water,olive oil(3G) mixed with salt(2G),add the yeast and flour.Knead until a homogeneous mass,molding in the form of a kind of loaves,placed on a tray,cover with foil and stand in the fridge for 20 minutes.
In parallel, fry the squid on the grill with two sides,salt and pepper.
Fry the eggplant from both sides,salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough with your hands, diameter 30-35 cm
Meanwhile, make the sauce.Tomatoes in own juice punch in a blender with Basil,garlic,olive oil and sugar into a homogeneous mass. Spread sauce on the dough.
Wipe the cheese through a meat grinder.Spread on the pizza evenly.
Spread on the pizza the eggplant over the entire surface.
Similarly, spread the squid.
Pizza ready for roasting.Take a shovel and put in the oven.
Fry the pizza in the oven for 5-7 minutes,periodically turning it.
Pizza take out from the oven and cut into 8 parts.
