Cooking
In a saucepan combine the zest of 2 lemons (grate on fine grater) and the juice of 4 lemons, starch and sugar; mix thoroughly to avoid lumps of cornstarch, and put on a small fire.
While the syrup is heated, stir the eggs and pour it into them in the syrup, the syrup at the same whisk.
Increase the heat to medium and cook until thick (it will turn out as custard), stirring constantly (about 3-5 minutes). Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Lemon Kurd is ready. This cream can lubricate the cakes or to eat as a standalone dessert, before use keep in the refrigerator.
While the cream cools whip 150 ml of cream, add melted dark chocolate and beat until a homogeneous mass of lush.
Spread chocolate mousse on kremanka or glasses.
Now place a layer of the cooled cream, if the cream is hot, the mousse can melt.
Now prepare the white chocolate mousse (same as black) and put on the cream. Until serving keep in refrigerator.
As desired, the dessert can be decorated wafer rolls, chocolate chips, nuts or coconut.
