The Lebanese dessert of the night - "EL-Leil EL-Lubnaniya" I Suggest you to try the dessert Arabic food, which is made from semolina and heavy cream. Cooking
Our main products: semolina, milk and cream.
Mix dry milk with cold water (one milk ordinary - skip this step), flower water, semolina.. Stir to avoid lumps. I used regular whole milk instead of flower and water diluted 4 drops of orange oil in it.
Put on medium heat and, stirring constantly, allow to boil. Once the porridge is ready (does "puff-puff"), put 150 ml cream (I have them as thick as mayonnaise)... Quickly stir and pour in glass form. Quickly even out the surface and leave for 15 minutes to cool.
Beat, slightly, the other 250 ml of cream and spread on top of monkey.
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and put in the fridge to cool (for 1-3 hours). I make the desserts for the night, that's it from me until the morning was in the refrigerator!
When serving, cut into slices and serve in a separate bowl, honey or water physician immediately (I'm 5 teaspoon on a slice so sweet it was:)) or just pour each piece with 2-3 tbsp of sugar syrup. The beauty of dessert is that the sweetness you can adjust yourself. With honey tastes better than syrup!!!! Well be stored in the fridge for a few days. Just close the dessert with cling film.
