Tortillas with cheese
When my beloved saw that I quickly made for the arrival of guests, he had me in a whisper asked, "Why are they THIS color??" But after he tasted these cakes - the more questions I asked - my mouth was busy chewing!! Prepared VERY quickly, very tasty! For a photo I apologize in advance - one hand was prepared, the second photographed!

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Tomato juice

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken

    100 g

  • Butter

    30 g

Now it's simple! In a saucepan heat the water with tomato juice and vegetable oil to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and add flour. Quickly stir with a spoon.
Take the dough in your hands (it's hot - be careful!!) and kneaded. Formed from the dough ball, cover with a towel and cool it (I for speed issued on the porch - I had no time). While the dough cools down, grate the cheese. You can mix it with shredded chicken. Chilled divide the dough into 10 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Roll out on floured table thinly (2-3 mm).
Very well-heated DRY pan put our cake. Fry on the fire above average 50 seconds. Turn the tortilla. Spread it with the filling. If you have stuffing without the chicken, cheese is sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Once the cheese begins to melt, fold the tortilla in half. Fry on each side for 20 more seconds. Place the tortilla on a plate and grease it with butter.
Cakes are tasty and hot, warm and cold!!! Bon appetit!!!
