Quail eggs wrapped in bacon
I want to offer another option for Breakfast — Quail eggs wrapped in bacon (I had the pancetta). Quail eggs are in first place by the availability and healing properties. The content of vitamin A, B1, B2 they are more than 2 times superior to the chicken, iron for 4 times, phosphorus and potassium — 5 times. Given this, they are used together with drugs for treatment of anemia, diabetes, to improve mental abilities, normalization of metabolism, immunity and to stimulate the gastrointestinal tract and for skin rejuvenation. Easy to prepare both at home and at the cottage. Delicious, quick, and hearty Breakfast are provided.

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Meanwhile, a plate of pancetta (bacon) slightly fry in the pan. In molds for brioche/muffins stacked paper molds for muffins/pancakes/to exico (in my case, disposable molds, so I didn't need the paper, can also in silicone molds). Then put the fried bacon on two strips in each mold.

At the bottom of the tins put a little grated cheese, a few leaves of parsley. Carefully divide 4 quail eggs, optional salt, pepper. Put it into the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Track of when the eggs are almost ready, sprinkle again with grated cheese on top and another 3-5 minutes to bake it in the oven.

The eggs are ready decorate with cherry tomatoes, parsley and served with fresh vegetables. In my case it is iceberg lettuce green and red, broccoli, cauliflower. If you wish, you can prepare the dressing for the salad, I used the yogurt, garlic, herbs and a little balsamic cream (but it's all to your taste).
