Want to offer a recipe for chicken julienne, the feed can be different vol-AU-vent, and the grill. Well suited for a hot snack for the holiday table.

Cooking
Roll out the dough and cut out two different diameter forms, 8 rings and 4 round. Whisk the egg with a fork or whisk.
Coat the baking pan with baking sheet and spread the dough in the form of circles with egg and put on top of one ring, re-grease with the egg and on the last ring, set aside for 10 minutes so that the dough came. Then put in a pre-heated oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
While the vol-AU-vents prepared, chop the onion and chicken strips.
In a heated pan pour vegetable oil and fry the onion, add the chicken and continue to fry for 10 more minutes. Then salt, pepper, add flour, fry and pour in the cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and press out the garlic, turn off.
I decided to make a julienne of the two species in the vol-AU-vent and the grill. Ready put Julien in vol-AU-vent and the grill and sprinkle with cheese, put bake to melt cheese.
