That's a lot of products I have left for this dish.
Eggplant cut with a thickness of approximately 0.7 cm and place on a greased cookie sheet and them a layer of mince.
Then put "slice" of tomato
and a piece of cheese.
Anoint with mayonnaise or sour cream.
Put in heated to 180 degrees oven and bake 20 min.+ 5 min. under the grill. Take it out and eat.
