I like this recipe for its simplicity and original appearance. Prepared simply and quickly! Beautiful recipe of the day! I like to cook this dish in the spring, when markets appear young vegetables.

I always use this recipe, dark meat chicken. I think everyone will agree with me, in cakes is the best option! So, separate the meat from the bone. Cut into small pieces, and from the bones, boil the broth (we only need 300 ml of low-fat broth).
