These are products that we need.
Cheese spread in Cup, add baking powder and mix well. Then to drive eggs - mix, add salt, sugar, creble if you want sweeter, add more, I did not put - I do not like too sweet. Then pour a glass of water and a Cup of vegetable oil, mix well and add the flour, knead elastic dough, it should not be steep, but is to roll out with a rolling pin. The dough is put to rest. While my dough was resting, I was working in the country. Today I helped make the dough for my grandson.
Roll the dough to a thickness of a finger and cut random squares or diamonds, in the middle of each slotted hole.
In a deep pan pour vegetable oil, preferably more, to creble swimming, and before putting crable in the pan, I have them tied, so to speak, a knot, like that.
Crable fry in oil from both sides until a beautiful brown color. Place on a plate lined with kitchen paper to stack up fat (although they were not much, but do it anyway).
Ready creble put in a Cup or on a tray as you like. Cooled you can sprinkle sugar or icing sugar. I do not sprinkle.
You can serve it with condensed milk, honey or jam. I love them also with fresh cheese spread, so do the sweet dough. Eat with a sweet tea or coffee, and milk. I WISH YOU ALL A PLEASANT APPETITE!!!
