Buns with mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Mashed potatoes

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Cheese

    100 g

Cooking

Margarine chop with flour in shallow oil chips.

Add mashed potatoes, salt and milk.

Knead the dough, put in refrigerator for 40 minutes.

To make the filling. Mushrooms chop and fry with onion until cooked, pouring some water in the middle of the roasting process. Mince 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper, stir and cool. Grind in a blender. Roll the dough into a rectangle with a thickness of half centimeter.
