Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Raisins

    1 cup

  • Orange zest

  • Orange juice

    0.5 cup

Soften the margarine. Whip it with a mixer with sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and continue whisking. Add kefir. All products must be at room temperature. Add the flour with the raisins to the liquid mixture, vimosewa spoon.

Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool for about 10 minutes. Cook syrup. For this you need a small saucepan bring to boil orange juice with sugar. Allow to cool completely.
