Cooking
To prepare the products.
Finely chopped onion, carrot, garlic, thyme. Liver to remove bile ducts and cut. The pan pour oil, heat, put the vegetables and lightly fry, after adding the liver and also lightly fry. Then pour into the pan a small amount of water and simmer over moderate heat with the lid closed for 15 -20 minutes. At the end of cooking add salt, pepper, cinnamon and stir. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
With toast bread cut off crusts, cut diagonally, fry in a grill pan add a small amount of oil.
Paste grind in a blender until smooth and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Pate put into a pastry bag with a nozzle, and then squeeze it on the crouton and garnish with greens.
