Noodles, cooked Italian style chicken breast... K "Greece".

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    300 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    175 ml

  • Water

    125 ml

  • A bouillon cube

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • The creme fraiche

    200 ml

Cooking

Products for the sauce.

Fry finely cut onion and garlic.

Add 125 ml of water and a bouillon cube.

Add 175 ml of milk.

Add the creme fraiche.

Boil noodles.

To the sauce add the Parmesan, give it a bit to thicken.

Ready strained noodles to add to the sauce.

Serve with green onions.
