Eggs mushrooms
Offer you a recipe of fried quail eggs. Done fairly quickly and turns out delicious. The recipe I saw in a culinary magazine.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    18 piece

  • Quail egg

    18 piece

  • Sour cream

  • Cheese

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Seasoning

So, from the mushrooms we only need the cap. To clean them, wash and a little dry. Mushrooms it is advisable to take larger, to not serve eggs.

Hats fry in vegetable (on butter) the butter on both sides. When the mushrooms begin to give off juice, remove from pans and place on a paper towel (to stack the excess fat). Mushrooms, salt, pepper, add seasoning to taste and transfer to a baking dish. In every hat put a little sour cream and GENTLY smash and pour in the quail eggs, being careful not to damage the yolk (I tried, but still one egg I saved the yolk, too, "crashed").

This yolk visible, it is just in the middle. Then put in the oven and bake until cooked eggs (about 150 t) or in the microwave. I put it in the microwave.

You can also sprinkle eggs with grated cheese on top and in the oven or the microwave.

Here are the finished mushrooms and cheese. I did half no cheese and half with cheese.

Place them on a dish, decorate as desired. Better to eat them hot(or warm), cool they are not I think. Although my daughter ate them and such and such.
