Description
Today was looking for a recipe for Hungarian goulash as many recipes and each is interesting in its own way. This recipe I found in my cooking book that I gave my husband many years ago.

Cooking
This a wonderful book.
These are products that we need.
Cut onion into cubes. When the meat is slightly cooked, add the onion and fry a bit too.
Now take a pan, spread the meat with onion, add boiling water. Approximately 1 liter, and simmer the meat until tender.
While we stewed the meat, do the potatoes. Cut it into cubes.
And fry in a small amount under. oil, on high heat. It is better to fry in small portions, so fry all the potatoes.
When the meat is almost ready, put potatoes. And simmer until the potatoes are done. Add a tablespoon of flour lightly fried in butter and diluted in cold water.
Cut the tomatoes in cubes.
Add the tomatoes, pepper, a pinch of hot pepper, Bay leaf, salt, add more hot water to cover the stew, bring to a boil.
Add the parsley and remove from heat.
Let stand 15 minutes to eat. Bon appetit!!!!
