Salad with tuna and Basil
Light spring salad. An unexpected combination of tuna-garlic - cheese perfect harmony and evoke a Sunny mood in anticipation of summer!

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    60 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mozzarella

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Basil crush with garlic, add olive oil and lemon juice

Tomatoes clear from the seeds and watery pulp. Cut into medium cubes, sprinkle ground pepper

Drain excess liquid from a can of tuna

Mozzarella cut into thin slices or strips

Spread the layers using a serving ring; tuna tomato Basil mozzarella Basil tomatoes. Sprinkle ground pepper and serve!

P. S. If You don't have a serving ring for salads, you can use a plastic bottle from-under milk, pre-cut it. Or square box of yogurt, having done the same manipulation)). Be sure to lubricate the inside of it with vegetable oil - salad will slide and not fall apart when removing from the mold
