Cooking
Pumpkin seeds fry in a dry pan.
Nuts fry and grind into crumbs.
Tomatoes cut into quarters, onion half-rings.
Cucumber cut into slices, pepper strips.
Kiwi clean, cut into slices.
For the filling: mix the nuts, chopped garlic clove, salt and oil.
