Enjoy delicious, juicy salad. It is easy to cook, and the dressing gives the salad a special flavor.

Cut the meat into cubes and marinate in soy sauce for 20 minutes.

Prepare the filling. Mix Kikkoman soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, wine vinegar, grated ginger, sauce sour sweet Chinese (I took), chili sauce (to taste), mix well with a whisk. If wine vinegar 6%, like mine, then you first need it to grow according to the instructions 1:1.

Pour salad dressing, mix, leave in fridge for 1-2 hours so the vegetable is marinated.
